Office space:
We can offer turnkey furnished offices for rent within TMF Malta’s own premises. Shared office resources and front desk support are available, as and when required.
Specific projects:
TMF Malta can handle the set-up or reorganisation of accounting systems, including consolidation reporting systems and detailed KPI analysis. We can also assist in implementing software packages, establishing accounting control procedures, preparing books of accounts and financial statements for audit purposes. We also offer accountancy training and any other services you may require from time to time.
Re-domiciliation:
TMF Malta can assist with the re-domiciliation of a registered foreign company to Malta. Given that TMF Group has a presence in more than 80 jurisdictions, clients may appoint TMF Group in both locations, facilitating the re-domiciliation of the company to Malta. Our team of accountants and lawyers will assist the client with collating and compiling all necessary information required to be filed with the local authorities throughout the migration process.
Registration of yachts:
Certain benefits are available to yacht owners when the craft is registered with the Maltese Commercial Yacht Register. TMF Malta can assist with the full range of corporate set-up, management, compliance and support services in this area.
Accounting and tax compliance:
TMF Malta can assist local companies with all accounting and reporting needs. This ranges from basic bookkeeping, to statutory reporting, as well as client-specific or tailored ad hoc KPI reporting.
